An Open Letter to Parents, Guardians, and the Eisenhower Elementary Community;
Eisenhower, a twice recipient, 2007 and 2017, of the National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, welcomes and encourages students with the mission to believe in themselves and to learn the skills needed to succeed in life.  Our students have the opportunity to take part in various academic and extracurricular activities during and after school.  We feel these are important to help enrich our students so they may participate in community service as an adult.  All students are expected to follow our Guidelines for Success of SOAR (Show Respect, Offer to help others, Always practice safety, and Remain positive and do your best), in all that they do to assist in the creation and sustainability of healthy and happy learning environments.  Our intent is to prepare students to be successful in future years.

Our school became a part of Geary County Schools USD 475 in the fall of 1980.  Since then, Eisenhower has always had an active PTA and a Site Council, both which meet regularly to support students and staff as well as to provide guidance and feedback in our decision-making.  We encourage you to get involved in either of these groups or volunteer in some way to become an active member of our Eisenhower Family.

Thank you for visiting this site to learn about Eisenhower Elementary.  We are confident that you will love Eisenhower just as much as we do!  Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to.
